Yesterday, the board convened for its first board meeting 2021. The board decided upon an addition to the income declaration. Furthermore, the board discussed how the union can reach out to students who not use Facebook during the pandemic. There was also a decision taken that LUNA will take part in the digital version of Hälsningsgillet during the spring. Apart from decisions, there was two elections made. Viktor Hrannar Jónsson was elected to a working group that will work with teaching environments at Science Village and Elvira Källberg was elected to a working group that will work with common resources at Science Village. There are one more Science Village working group that are looking for a student representative from LUNA. This one will work with higher quality in the university environment. Lastly, the board welcomed Tristan Farkas as support member of the union and elected him as our new webmaster!
